Data Imaging and Archiving
Data imaging and archiving was implemented in the Accounting Department in 1999 to comply with the auditor's findings and comments to improve the Accounting Departments filing system, this service covered Payroll reports and Accounts Payable invoices and supporting documents for fiscal year 1999. Optisource Technologies Inc.'s propriety software, eFlow is currently being used to retrieve the archived documents. The new service provider will develop a program that will convert existing archived data from the archival system to other software or systems. This requirement is included in the existing contract. Coordination will be required between the awardee and the Incumbent for this effort.
