Data Entry Services
The State requires the services of a data entry company to convert data from paper documents to an electronic format. Contractor will scan the documents and link the images with data from the forms. Contractor will double key the data to validate and verify the entries. Once validated, the data will be placed in a file in a format agreed to by staff and released to a secure FTP server for access by staff.
