Data Entry Services

The Agency is issuing this RFP in order to acquire services to:
a)Electronically capture information from forms filed in PDF format
b)Facilitate intake of daily file of PDF reports
c)Process and transmit all data within 48 hours
d)Setup process to handle fluctuating volumes of reports and data
e)Provide the highest standard of security and privacy of systems, facilities, data storage, data transmittal, and staff all within Canada
f)Provide audit and quality reporting
The BCSC intends to enter into a Contract with a Proponent who delivers the highest value taking security, privacy, quality, proposed approach, experience, service, timing, and cost into account.
