The Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch is interested in acquiring contracted services to
administer and track the Exercise Induced Pulmonary Hemorrhage (EIPH) program at Fraser
Downs, Surrey.
The contractor must have thorough knowledge of Exercise Induced Pulmonary Hemorrhage
(EIPH) as it relates to Standardbred race horses.
The contractor will work approximately 10-15 hours a week on an as and when needed basis.
The Contractor must provide a certificate of insurance confirming coverage under the
Workers Compensation Board or Personal Optional Protection Insurance plan prior to
contract commencement.
