The Department of Education and Early Development is soliciting detailed proposals for the completion of the second phase of its multi-year, multi-phase educational data system, named the Unity Project. At the center of this project will be a new department data warehouse to be populated with data from over twenty different data repositories. Each repository has various types of data elements and various levels of organization. Activities under this contract will involve collaboration between the successful offeror and department staff. This collaboration will include planning activities, performing tasks and peer-to-peer knowledge transfer.
