The Department is soliciting proposals
from qualified vendors to provide a modern, accurate, user-friendly data collection, management, and reporting
framework to meet Federal requirements as well as state required data elements. The Department intends to
purchase a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) application that has built-in features to allow customization through
incorporation of unique Florida specific data elements.
