Data Center Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective Respondents to submit a proposal to supply Managed Services and Disaster Recovery Services for the mainframe software and applications, and Co-location Services for the network servers as a backup disaster recovery solution. The Authority will select one vendor to provide all of these services. The Authority has a primary data center for its networked servers. This RFP provides Respondents with the relevant operational, performance, service, and architectural requirements of the solution. Each submitting Respondent must have the capability to provide the full range of required services as stated in the Scope of Work for this RFP.
