Construct new walls and ceilings and associated work (approximately 2500 sf). Install 3 Liebert CRV "in row" cooling units. Install 4 mini-split air conditioning units. Remove and dispose of existing HVAC units. Install new transfer switch, distribution panels, transformer and associated electric work. Install 5 network cabinets. Install cable management systems and various computer cables.
