SUBJECT: Request for Information for Panasonic Arbitrator 360 Full HD, Mobile Evidence Capture System.
1. Background: The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Panasonic Arbitrator 360 Full HD, Mobile Evidence Capture System in support of the Garrison Police Force.
2. Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is for vendors who offer Panasonic Arbitrator 360 Full HD, Mobile Evidence Capture System as specified in attachment 001. Vendors shall have experience supplying and/or offering for sale in the regular course of business the Panasonic Arbitrator 360 Full HD, Mobile Evidence Capture System as specified.
3. General Requirement: The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 333316. Firms that recognize and can provide the required items described above are encourage to identify themselves.
4. Note: This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. Any responses to this RFI will not be accepted to form a binding contract. This is solely a RFI and does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue a RFQ in the future. If a RFQ is issued, the Government does not guarantee that it will be issued to RFI respondents.
5. Responses: Responses to this RFI must be submitted in writing to Ashley Hixson ashley.n.hixson.civ@mail.mil by no later than (NLT) 12:00PM CST on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. In the response indicate company name, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Point of Contact (POC) with email and phone number, business size (large or small in regards to NAICS listed above) if your company can fulfill the requirements (see attachment 001 for product description), estimated lead time (how many days after date of award), and any questions. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if one is issued.
