The Authority is requesting for qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms or teams interested in providing Design Build services for th Irving 3 Line Section of its Orange Line Light Rail Transit expansion project. The Authority also announces its intent for a future solicitation, request for proposal (RFP) to provide Design Build Services for the Orange Line Irving 3 expansion project. The scope fo work for this line section is approximately 5.19 miles of light rail extending from the Irving 2 Beltline Station to DFW Station.
