The University of California, Merced is seeking bids from qualified distributors to furnish
FRESH DAIRY PRODUCTS as specified herein. The anticipated term of a contract resulting from this RFP should commence approximately October 20, 2008 and continue in full force for three (3) years with the option of two (2) one-year extensions by mutual written agreement.
