FCI Beckley, WV intends to make multiple awards concerning subsistence for the upcoming second quarter for fiscal year 2018. Bids will be accepted via FAX, EMAIL, or Hand delivered by December 4, 2017 by 4:00PM (EST). You are only required to submit pages 1, 2, 3, 4, and the pages which contain specific terms you are bidding on. All bids are to be for the items listed, NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED, NO CHANGES TO THE ITEM, UNITS OF ISSUE, OR NUMBER OF UNITS ORDERED, FOR THIS CAN AND WILL VOID YOUR BID. Bids are for the exact item and how it is described. Writing ALL OR NONE will void the bid placed on those items. All awards in the amount of $3500.00 or less will be purchased on the Government Purchase Card and purchased as an as need basis. Awards over $3500.00 will be awarded on Standard Form 1449. ALL VENDORS MUST BE ACTIVE IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARDS MANAGEMENT (www.sam.gov). If the vendor is not active in the SAM database, the bid will be voided and not used.
