It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure the services of a qualified vendor to provide supervision, technical, personnel and operating services, transit vehicles, vehicles maintenance and fuel necessary for the daily operation of YARTS Transit Service.

The primary goal of YARTS, in acquiring such services, is to provide the region with the advantages of quality transit services that offer an alternative to driving in the Yosemite region
