Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman, CAGE 79RG9, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement.

The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against the OEM's current BOA. The letter solicitation will be issued on or around 31 October 2019 and will close on or around 02 December 2019.
