16. Description: Request a U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying about 13 containers of ammunition that satisfies applicable regulatory compatibility and segregation requirements from Nordenham, Germany to Newport, Wales, England. These are 20ft TEU's with an average weight of 20,000 lbs. The max weight is about 36,000 lbs. The layday for this voyage commences and cancels 10 May 2017. The period of performance will be one voyage.
