USCG Station Brant Point
The United States Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit – Providence, has a construction requirement to dredge the boat basin at USCG Station Brant Point, MA.
Base Scope of Work
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal required for dredging the boat basin and disposal of the dredge spoils as beach nourishment on Brant Point Beach, including all incidental related work. The estimated volume is 2,285 cubic yards (CY). Dredging is limited to mechanical methods.
Work will be performed at USCG Station Brant Point, 10 Easton St., Nantucket, MA (Nantucket County).
This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 19. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities, with a small business size standard of $27.5 million.
The estimated cost range of this project is between $400,000 and $600,000.
The period of performance is 60 days.
Solicitation packages will be available on or about 4 April 2019. The tentative date set for bid opening is 29 August 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
Bids must be valid for a minimum of 90 days.
