ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St, Boise, Idaho until 2:00 PM, local time on January 21, 2010, for DPW Project 08365 DD/Inpatient Psychiatric Facility, Phase 1, Demolition, ISSH, Dept. of Health & Welfare, Nampa, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the demolition of Building 2 and Building 4 on the Idaho State School and Hospital campus. The scope will also include demolition of site improvements as indicated on the Contract Documents. Irrigation systems in demolished areas will be patched and repaired as indicated, and demolished areas will be returned to turf. Additional miscellaneous demolition and repair work will also occur as indicated on Contract Documents.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on January 14, 2010, beginning at 11:00 AM at the ISSH, Whitehall Administration Building, 1660 11th Ave. N., Nampa, Idaho. Interested Contractors are urged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical & electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $230,000.00
