DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN
The Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the City are soliciting proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary consulting firms to develop a high-quality, creative transportation and urban design vision for Bismarcks downtown that will transform the downtown area into a vibrant place where people want to live, work and be entertained. It is expected that this Downtown Master Plan will be unique to Bismarck and will build upon, update and unite the Central Business District Plan (1993) and the Streetscape Guidelines for Downtown Bismarck (1995).
