DOT's RIMS Maintenance With Secondary
It is the intent of Department of Transportation to solicit bids for an additional contractor to assist SCDOT with the maintenance and enhancements of the following software applications along with all databases and integration points: 1) The Roadway Information Management System (RIMS), 2) The RIMS Automated Routing for OSOW (A RIMS Module), 3) The Integrated Transportation Management System (ITMS), 4) The Project Screening Tool (PST), 5) The Street Finder System, and 6) The Traffic Data Management Analysis (TDMA).
