The U.S. Department of Labor Office of Disability Employment Policy's (ODEP) is conducting market research to determine the interest and capabilities of qualified organizations for providing services to maintain and operate the Job Accommodation Network (JAN).
This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely to obtain information from industry and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with an RFI response. For the purposes of this notice, the term "respondent" refers to those members of the industry providing a response to this notice. Payment will not be provided for information obtained provided via this notice, nor will responses be returned. Respondents will not be notified of the outcome assessment.
This notice is open to all sources and all sources may provide information.

Questions concerning this notice shall be submitted to Roxanne Yorgason, Contract Specialist, via e-mail at Yorgason.Roxanne.A@dol.gov and are due no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, February 13, 2017. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after the submission date/time will be answered. Responses to the clarifying questions will be posted as an amendment to this RFI.
All responses shall be submitted in accordance to the instructions in this notice. Respondents shall submit their responses no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Responses shall be submitted to Roxanne Yorgason, Contract Specialist, via e-mail at Yorgason.Roxanne.A@dol.gov
