DOGMA Programming Support for the Div. of Oil and Gas
The State of Alaska Dept. of Natural Resources is requesting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide consulting and software development services in support of the Div. of Oil and Gas Management Application (DOGMA).
There is a pre-proposal conference scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on April 7, 2009 in Suite 1100 of the Robert B. Atwood Building, 550 W 7th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501. We encourage in-person attendance but if offerors need to attend via teleconference, please contact the procurement officer for dial-in information.
