In 2008, the City of Mercer Island purchased and implemented an electronic document management system (EDMS). The City continues to maintain a sizable collection of physical non-digitized records in various mediums such as paper. It is the objective of this project to image, index, and import a subset of the City's collection of non-digitized records that exist in the City's Development Services Group into the City's EDMS.
