DOC.Telephone Service.Combined solicitation
The Economic Development Administration requires a vendor to provide local, telephonic, voice, exchange services, which include ISDN-PRI and Analog Service,) for the Economic Development Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce offices located at, 504 Lavaca, Suite 1100, Austin, Texas 78701-2858.
The telephone service must be supported by one Integrated Services Digital Network with Primary Rate Interface (ISDN PRI) connection supporting 23 64 kbps B-channels and one 64 kbps D-channel over a high speed DS1 (T-1) circuit, and supporting the following features: Local, telephonic, voice, exchange services covering Austin, Texas, area code 512; with service for current main number: 512-381-8144; Six (6) Analog Business Lines used for fax, modems, etc.; Forty (40) Direct Inward Dial (DID) telephone numbers; Caller ID; Directory Assistance.
All quotes should include a detailed description of the proposed services, monthly service costs and all estimated applicable surcharge fees.
A firm-fixed price contract, with one base period and four option periods, is anticipated as a result of this solicitation.
