DOC Master Planning and Expansion Services Term Agreement
The Contracting Agency intends to award one term agreement to a multidisciplined architectural and engineering team to provide short term and long term statewide planning, programming, and expansion needs for the Department of Corrections (DOC). Services may include facility and site master planning, site investigation, surveying, geotechnical evaluations, permit compliance, concept design/feasibility study, environmental compliance, building commissioning assistance, minor design and construction services, furniture specifications, design/build program development, and assistance to facilitate statewide expansion needs for the DOC.
