The successful Contractor must deliver a minimum initial shipment of 20,000 DNA Collection Kits
to the State Bureau of Investigation on or before January 1, 2011. In addition the successful Contractor must produce and have
ready for shipment (on the shelf inventory), an additional 15,000 DNA Collection Kits by or before February 1, 2011.
