Part 1: DL-44 Prints head to head, black ink both sides on 18#
White bond. Form to print with sequential bar codes.
DMV to provide electronic files and number series for each
shipment.
NOTE: DMV reserves the right to change copy 45 days before each
scheduled delivery. See Exhibit A-2 113268-271 Specifications.
Part 2: Voter Registration Card DL-1995-MV HO; Prints Head to
Foot on 24# OCR Bond. The form prints in Black, Warm Red and
Green OCR-S&JV-27975 / Black, Warm Red ink. One vertical
perforation from the left side of the form. 12/25 tpi.
Sequential affidavit numbers to be printed in Warm Red ink.
Electronic files provided and number series for each language.
