The Depot Maintenance Systems Integration (DMSI) Program Management Office (PMO) is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses to provide Information Technology (IT) development, sustainment and surveillance services support for the Depot Maintenance Consolidated Operational Data Base (DMCODB), within the DMSI environment.

DMCODB is an operational-level data environment, serving on-line transaction processing for the DMSI application systems. For DMSI, the DMCODB is the common source of data that receives data updates, and also transmits and receives interface data. The DMCODB does not absorb any of the primary functional logic of the DMSI application systems, but performs their data retrieval and updates, their interfaces, and scripts needed to produce the interfaces. Through these operational applications, the DMCODB supports AFMC users, including inventory management specialists, maintenance specialists, equipment specialists, fund monitors, and quality assurance specialists.

The DMCODB provides corporate-level data to support HQ AFMC tactical and strategic planning activities. Drawing upon the DMCODB's consolidated data, these systems enable users to extract information, perform analyses, create reports, and respond to information requests from HQ AFMC command-level staff, HQ Air Force staff, and Department of Defense (DoD) elements.
