This Sources Sought Notice (SS) for solicitation SPE605-19-R-0204 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in Agadez, Niger. The estimated annual quantity is potentially 1,512,000 USG DIESEL FUEL, 10-PPM SULF (SFD) EN 590 via tank truck with pump and meter. The potential vendors must be able to provide and delivery fuel to various locations and times throughout the day and night including weekends and holidays.
