The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called Proposer(s), with demonstrated experience in street design, including green street/stormwater management design, traffic engineering, and public involvement. The City proposes to engage the successful Proposer for the following services: Develop concept plans and design alternatives for street improvements, especially with respect to green street/stormwater management; Facilitating public involvement via a citizen advisory group and open houses; Provide for community input and technical analysis; and Prepare planning level cost estimates
