DISTRIBUTION INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT PLAN DEVELOPMENT
Through this solicitation, the members of NGA and SGA intend to engage a person or
corporation (Contractor) to:
(1) Develop a Distribution Integrity Management Plan that will be stipulated in
US DOT 49 CFR Part 192 Subpart P (Final Rule);
(2) Develop a Plan that identifies the threats; evaluates and prioritizes the risks;
identifies and implements measures to address the risks; measures performance
and evaluates effectiveness.
(3) Identify and list all documentation and other pertinent written procedures and
recording forms that may be required, as part of the Final Rule.
