The Department of Transportation is seeking a Vendor to help determine the disparity in department contract participation between minority and women-owned businesses as defined in the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Females, and Persons With Disabilities Act(30ILCS 575). The secondary objective is that the study will provide information to assist the department setting the overall disadvantaged business enterprise goal that is mandated by federal law.
