The Mayors Office of the City of New York Office of Labor Relations is seeking proposals from vendors
to provide discretionary investment management services of traditional and insurance company separate
account guaranteed investment contracts for the stable income fund. The Stable Income Fund is one of
twenty investment options offered to participants by the New York City Deferred Compensation
Plan/NYCE IRA.
