The County of Westchester, acting on behalf of the Westchester/Putnam Local
Workforce Investment Board (hereinafter referred to as "WPLWIB"), is requesting
proposals for a Disability Program Navigator ("DPN") to provide enhanced employment
opportunities and self-sufficiency to persons with disabilities by linking them to
employers and by facilitating access to programs and services that impact successful
entry or re-entry into the workforce.
