It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to install a digital video recorder in every patrol vehicle the State Police deploys and one video database management system. The Police anticipates outfitting approximately 400 vehicles with this technology; however, the final award may be for fewer recorders depending on their final cost.
