Government Support Services and the Department of Safety and Homeland Security are soliciting proposals for Digital Video Recorder and Video Database Management System, which will be used in their patrol vehicle fleet. It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to install a digital video recorder in every patrol vehicle the State Police deploys and one video database management system. The State Police anticipates outfitting approximately 400 vehicles with this technology; however, the final award may be for fewer recorders depending on their final cost.
