DIGITAL MONUMENT SIGN
The U. S. Geological Survey, Leetown Science Center has a requirement to install a new Digital Monument Sign. It will be used for identification that includes the USGS branding logo and color schemes. It will also be used to announce functions that the Center will offer the public (such as Earth Day, Open House, etc). Project is located in Kearneysville, WV 25430. The project shall be completed within 90 days after notice to proceed is issued.
There are no option periods.
The magnitude of construction is under $40,000 -$60,000
Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0118Q0322 will be issued on or about 08/17/2018 with written quotes due on or about 08/29/2018.
A site visit will be held. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given Roy Dodson 304.724.4457 or rdodson@usgs.gov for attendees of the site visit. The date, time, and contact info for the site visit can be found on page 33 Section L.7. In the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT.
This acquisition is total small business set-a-side. The NAICS code is 238990. The size standard is $15.0 million.
The anticipated award date of the contract is 09/19/2018.
