The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source Delivery Order off a Basic Ordering Agreement to Collins Aerospace of Cedar Rapids, IA.  The purpose of this Delivery Order is to provide test and evaluation support of the DIGAR 331 software interface and Beamsteering capability.


THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No Contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice.  Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement.  The Government will consider all information received prior to closing date of this synopsis.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination not to complete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.  No phone inquiries will be entertained.  All inquiries and concerns shall be addressed via email to Bonnie M. Walsh @ bonnie.walsh@navy.mil or Daniel Chambers @ daniel.chambers@navy.mil no later than the response date shown above.  Any responses to this Synopsis must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government in a future procurement.
