CNP Rural Station Base Building Construction
This is a Solicitation Notice of the U.S. Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the Construction of three (3) buildings for the Colombian National Police (CNP) in Calamar (Guaviare) Colombia.
The order of magnitude of this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
The estimated period of performance is: 180 calendar days
This acquisition will be issued under full and open procedures.
The project entails the construction of one Rural Station Base in Calamar (Guaviare) Colombia, which consists of three (3) buildings for the Colombian National Police (CNP) Facilities to support the INL REDS program. The construction shall include the use of quality materials that are capable of withstanding tropical rainy climate.
Two of the buildings shall have a length of 18.70m, a width of 13.90m, and total height of 4.00m above finish floor, and a third building shall have a length of 25.05m, a width of 10.53m, and total height of 4.80m above finish floor. The structural system chosen for this building corresponds to reinforced masonry wall. The lightweight roof system will be supported by purlins, which are supported over concrete beam, supported over reinforced masonry wall. The foundation of the building consists in concrete cyclopean and footings. This facility shall have electrical, hydraulic and sewage utilities and internal installations, doors, door hardware, air conditioning, sanitary fittings, and finishes as indicated in the attached drawings. The building shall comply with the current standards of the Colombian Seismic Resistance Code (NSR Standard, 10).
NOTE: The contractor shall be responsible for transportation, meals and lodging of the construction team on the work site (away from the project site), or as arranged with the CNP personnel. The contractor shall have a representative at the work site to receive materials, which shall be responsible for unloading materials and transporting it to the actual work site.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
Colombian National Police (CNP) DICAR CNP facilities located in the city of Calamar Guaviare, Colombia. It is located at the central part of the country in the Guaviare Department. It is located 483 Km from Bogota, capital city of Colombia, and can be accessed through charters flights and by road. The elevation 228 m. (748 ft.) above sea level and the weather is tropical.
