DFAC Chemicals and Cleaning Supplies
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is W9124C-15-T-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-79. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325612 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION:
This requirement is for the procurement of cleaning and supply products for 11 Dinning Facilities, semi-annual training on the use of dispensing equipment, and equipment maintenance on dispensers located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Contract will be a five year contract and shall include a total of five (5) individual ordering periods covering Fiscal Years (FY) 2015 through 2020; each ordering period shall be open for ordering for a period of one year. The awarded contract will be a Firmed-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The ordering periods are as follows:
Ordering Period 1: 20 June 2015 - 19 June 2016
Ordering Period 2: 20 June 2016 - 19 June 2017
Ordering Period 3: 20 June 2017 - 19 June 2018
Ordering Period 4: 20 June 2018 - 19 June 2019
Ordering Period 5: 20 June 2019 - 19 June 2020
RESPONSIBLE SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Price quote which identifies the requested item(s) unit and total price.
2. Point of contact to include: Representative name, phone and fax number, and email address.
3. Prompt Payment Terms.
4. Remittance address, Tax Identification Number, DUNS number and Cage Code number, and information pertaining to length of the base warranty.
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination by Government
FOB DESTINATION: Shipping address for this item is Fort Jackson, SC 29207; shipping charges shall be included in the purchase cost of the products. Sellers shall deliver the products on their own conveyance to the location listed on the purchase order.
OFFER ACCEPTANCE: Quote MUST be valid for 60 calendar days after submission.

Attendance is at the expense of the potential offeror. Attendees shall be prepared to present proof of identification to access the base. Be prepared to show your driver's license, photo IDs for passengers, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
General Directions: You should enter Fort Jackson from exit #12 off of I-77, through the main gate (gate 2). After processing through the main gate, take the first right onto Magruder Avenue. Just before your first 4-way stop at the intersection of Magruder and Hill St, Bldg. 4340 will be on your left hand side.
