The Office of Purchasing & Contracting is seeking to establish
purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide Devices for Hearing Impaired.
Currently we have a contract with Harris Communications where as we purchase items on an as needed
basis.
1.2. CONTRACT PERIOD: Contracts arising from this request for proposal will be for a period of 24- months
with an option to renew for 2 additional 12 -month periods. Proposed start date will be May 1, 2010.
1.3. CONTRACT VALUE/QUANTITY: The estimated annual value of this contract is $4000.00. The annual
value and quantities are estimated only based on prior usage; actual purchases may be higher or lower
depending on the states needs.
