DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY
The City of Royal Oak, Oakland County, Michigan, is seeking qualified developers to formulate,
prepare and submit proposals for the development of vacant downtown property into a hotel or
other suitable mixed-use development including a multiple-story public parking deck. The
property is currently owned by the city and was most recently occupied by an automobile
dealership.
