DEVELOPMENT OF LSD 46 DIGITAL INTEGRATED ANNOUNCING SYSTEM 2 (DIAS2) TECHNICAL MANUAL-INTENDED SOLE SOURCE
This is an intended sole source announcement. Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic
(SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award this requirement on a sole
source
basis to Dynalec Corporation, on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to provide
technical
and engineering support for the development of LSD 46 Digital Integrated
Announcing
System2 (DIAS2) technical manual in accordance with attached Performance Work
Statement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and
No
Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Dynalec
Corporation, as
the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), holds the proprietary manufacturing
drawings and schematics for all items that they manufacture. When the
Government
buys the items, they buy the technical/operating manuals but do not have access
to the
specific design criteria developed by Dynalec. This synopsis is posted for
informational
purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by
the
Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this
notice is
solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy
Request For
Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Please
include the
following information on your quote: Payment Terms; Delivery Date or Period of
Performance; Tax ID number; Cage Code; and POC e-mail address. The Government
will
accept proposals via email at melody.proffit@navy.mil and are due by 3:00PM
Eastern
Standard Time on 25 July 2018. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13.

applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541330.
System
Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business
with the
Department of Defense (DOD). Invoices must be submitted electronically via
Wide Area
