DEVELOPMENT OF AGENCY OWNED PROPERTY 11300 Atlantic
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency (Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified firms and organizations to rehabilitate and operate a senior affordable residential property located at 11300 Atlantic Ave., (Property). The Property is a former motel that had been acquired by the Agency and reconfigured as a (15) unit single bedroom apartment complex. The Property had undergone rehabilitation work that was later vandalized. The Agency proposes to select a qualified firm that can rehabilitate the Property; acquire certificates of occupancy; market the property to low income seniors; qualify and lease the Property to low and moderate income seniors; and manage and maintain the Property.
