DEVELOP A MASTER REVITALIZATION PLAN
Under the contract to be awarded through this RFQ, the City seeks to develop a Master Revitalization Plan for the Village. The Master Revitalization Plan will provide ambitious development strategies drawing upon the Villages tremendous potential. Strengthening the Citys economic vitality and identity, the Master Revitalization Plan will build cohesiveness between current and planned assets; further develop an environment that retains young people, families and jobs; attracts residential, new businesses-retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues; and grows the tax base. The inclusion of a municipal complex and the new City Hall will be a key asset to this Master Revitalization Plan.
