The University wishes to retain the services of a consultant to create custom designs for marketing materials for the College. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded for an initial two year term beginning in 2011, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. It is the intention of University to establish a single contract with the successful vendor who will provide design services for the University of Illinois at Chicago.
