DESIGN SERVICES FOR HARBOR PARK PAVILION
The Boston Harbor Island Alliance is seeking proposals from qualified firm(s) to provide
multi-disciplinary architect-engineer design services for the Harbor Park Pavilion, to be
built on a site within the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston, Massachusetts. In order
to be considered for award of this contract, firm(s) must demonstrate they possess all
necessary professional qualifications, including individual professional licenses, and
certifications for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The selected team will provide pre-design services, schematic design, design
development, and construction contract documents and will provide services during
permitting and construction of the pavilion.
The team selected must include the disciplines of landscape architecture, architecture,
and exhibit design, with in-house and/or sub-contracted multi-disciplinary engineering
support and other required services. Team principals must be prepared to participate in
multiple local meetings, work sessions, and presentations, so an office in greater
Boston is essential.
