DESIGN OF US 1 & SR 312 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS

The CONSULTANT shall perform those engineering services required to complete:
(1) Design Phase - Design Plans / Permitting
(2) Construction Assistance Phase.
Separate Notice to Proceeds will be issued for the Design Phase and for the Construction
Assistance Phase. No work shall commence until the CONSULTANT has received the Notice to
Proceed for that phase.
