DESIGN/BUILD FOR RENOVATION OF EXISTING FIRE,POLICE,& MUNICIPAL BUILDING
The Main Objective for this project is to renovate the existing police station and adjacent fire station into one facility which encompasses one city block.
The work will include design and build of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing to demo the interiors of the existing police and fire stations and Municipal Court, and renovate all into new central command center and new Municipal Court. Construction administration and management, including quality control, quality assurance and safety will be the responsibility of the Design-Build team.
