DESIGN, PRINT AND DELIVERY SERVICES

The City is requesting Bids with the intent of awarding a contract for the purchase of goods and services contained in Appendix A - Scope of Services.
The Scope of Services has four primary tasks, 1) Design of the Shopping & Dining Guide and
delivery of the document electronically in a Photoshop or InDesign format (PSD, EPS, PNG,
etc), which will later be published to our website, to the City, 2) Printing of the
Shopping & Dining Guide, 3) Delivery of the Shopping & Dining Guides, sorted per Post Office Bulk
Mail requirements for adequate distribution to all residents and businesses, 4) Delivery of
remaining Shopping & Dining Guides to the City Economic Development Department,
bundles of 50, boxed per standard carton packaging not to exceed 40 pounds.
