The Department is requesting responses from qualified dialysis providers having at least two (2) years of business and/or corporate experience with appropriately experienced management in the provision of dialysis services. The construction company provider should have at least five (5) years of construction experience and at least one (1) year of experience (at least one contract) building a similar facility
